Talk to Supriya

Since being admitted to the New York Bar in 2014 I’ve dedicated my career to championing the rights of those who’ve faced personal injuries, workplace injustices, and discrimination.

My passion for law is deeply personal. Born in India and having lived in Singapore before moving to the U.S. at 18, I’ve experienced a rich tapestry of cultures and languages. This multicultural background has been instrumental in shaping my approach to legal practice – one that is empathetic, understanding, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Being fluent in English, Hindi, and Kashmiri, I can bridge language barriers, making legal processes more accessible and less intimidating for my clients.

My practice areas include personal injury and labor and employment law, with a particular focus on FSLA and employment discrimination. I take pride in having been a guiding force in notable cases like the Polanco settlement and the Khan v MTA case, which was listed among the top 10 motor vehicle accident settlements in New York for 2019.

At my firm, we believe in personal interaction and one-on-one attention. Whether it’s helping personal injury clients get their medical bills paid and securing compensation for their pain and suffering, or assisting labor case clients in recovering unpaid wages and fighting against workplace discrimination, I am committed to ensuring that justice is served.

Outside the courtroom, I’m a global citizen at heart. My love for travel, exploring new cuisines, and immersing myself in diverse cultures – including my early love for K-dramas – keeps me connected to the world at large. And then there’s Bernie, my 10-year-old mixed breed dog who still acts like a puppy, bringing joy and laughter into my life.

My path has always been clear – to be a lawyer, to stand up for what’s right, and to be a voice for those who need it most. If you’re looking for an attorney who not only understands the law but also understands you, I’m here to help.
